Peta has practiced exclusively in the areas of family and criminal law since her admission, and is well regarded as a solution focused and cooperative practitioner.

Peta brings to the practice of law a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting people during difficult times.

Peta’s expertise expands across a breadth of matters, from property settlement matters, parenting matters, surrogacy matters, international parenting matters to a variety of criminal law matters.

Peta promotes cooperative and alternative dispute resolution processes to resolve disputes. Notwithstanding this preferred approach, Peta has vast experience appearing in the Federal Circuit Court, Family Court, District Court and Magistrates Courts.
